In social today we presented our Renaissance people biography's. Did you know that,

Niccolo Machiavelli- Wrote the book called "The Prince" in 1513, which was as some people say, a guide for rulers on how to use sly and dishonest means to stay in power. His book was also a landmark work in the history of political power.

William Shakespeare- He wrote Romeo and Juliet in 1597. Shakespeare's play "Macbeth" is thought to be one of the most produced plays ever, with performance beginning somewhere in the world every 4 hours!

Isabella of Aragon- was involved in the 8th crusade against Tunis.

Pieter Brueghel-He specialized in landscapes populated by peasants. He is often credited as being the first western painter to paint landscapes for their own sake, rather than as a backdrop of history painters.

Johann Gutenberg- He invented the printer press in the 1450's. HE wrote his own bible and 200 copies were scheduled to be printed, today only 22 copies are known to exist and are worth millions of dollars.
