On Friday November 10th Mr. Glen Kirkland was OLCS guest speaker at our annual Remembrance day service. He brought a message of his journey in the Canada's military. He served for ten years from 2005-2015. He was highly ranked for his service and especially for an incident with an IED that left him with life long injuries and two of his fellow soldiers lost their lives. He felt that the greatest accomplishment of his service was the number of kids attending school and especially girls. We appreciate Mr. Kirkland sharing his story!
