The Concerns of Vaping 

  • Vaping is not a healthy alternative to smoking.
  • Vaping will expose you to dangerous chemicals that can cause fatal diseases including cancer.
  • One of the biggest concerns is popcorn lung which is like pneumonia except there is no cure.

Hong Kong

  • Hong Kong is a country in China.
  • Great Britan took Hong Kong in the 1800s. The Chinese lost wars to the British for 99 years ending in 1997.
  • After 1997, Britan handed Hong Kong to China and now Hong Kong is no longer a democracy.

Lack of Firefighting Resources Putting South Winnipeggers at Risk

  • A large chunk of Sothern Winnipeggers could be at risk.
  • there aren't resources in the area to protect residents from fires.

  • Mike Babcock fired after 4 years as Maple Leafs head coach.
  • Sheldon Keefe is now the Leafs head coach after years of coaching in the AHL. 
Paramount Pictures Redesign Sonic Movie.
  • April 2019 the new Sonic movie features changes in the hedgehog.
  • Fans not happy and changes were made again in November.

  • Armistice Day is now called Remembrance Day 
  • OLCS Remembrance Day service was held on Nov. 8th, 2019

  • Greta is a 16-year-old Swedish girl who inspired hundreds of thousands to protest the government's inaction regarding the climate change crisis.
  • She has attended the 2019 UN climate change and is passionate about spreading the word about global warming around the world.

  • The fires were started by local farmers using the slash and burn process.
  • One and a half soccer fields of forest are being destroyed every minute.
