Virden Bantam Rural AA team won gold in provincials in Virden yesterday. This will be the last Provincial hockey tournament to be held in the existing Virden arena. The new arena complex will be opening in the near future.

A couple from Virden survived the earthquake in New Zealand Feb 22/11

OLCS went skiing in Asessippi on Friday. We had a great day!

Justin Bieber raised over $17000 on his birthday. March 1/11 which will be donated to charities.

Taylor won a note book computer donated by HAZCO at the career day at VCI.

Grade 8 girls dominated BB in Brandon on Saturday.
