Welcome to Our Blog!

Our current unit of study in World History is the Indus River Valley civilization. We are learning about the history of the people, their religions, and way of life. Blogs are a wonderful tool for sharing information and collaborating with people via technology around the world. After viewing the embedded video, please leave a comment with your suggestions for how we can use this blog in Grades 7 and 8 Social Studies.

i didn't like how the words would zoom or come up on the screen slowly the every once in a while they would zoom at the speed of light. Some of the words were kind of hard to read but I understand that it was probably hard to chose a color that would work . I like the kind of ancient font and I liked how the music kind of fit the pictures.

I think that the slides went by too quickly.
I thought the music was kind of funny.
Maybe they can try to use colors that stand out more.
I thought there were lots of good pictures.
There was also lots of awesome information.

I thought that the video was great but it was kind of blurry. The voices were a bit scratchy. When they were explaining the religious beliefs, they should have explained it more and be more realistic. They should have said the purposes of the beliefs .

The things i liked about the video was the pictures and the ways they show how they lived and worked and i liked the music they had on the video.

The things i did not like was you could no read the words and you could just barley under stand what they were saying.
